We’re looking for a graduate-calibre candidate to join our clients transport and logistics operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop professionally in a company with a strong track record of internal progression.
Key Responsibilities:

Transport Operations Support: Assist in managing transport operations, including customer service, fleet management, route planning, and scheduling.

Fleet Management: Support the Transport Manager by conducting weekly driver defect checks.
*
Subcontractor Management: Oversee pallet network subcontractors, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking deliveries, managing charges, and providing weekly/monthly summaries.
*
Insurance Claims: Assist with ongoing pallet network insurance claims.
*
Documentation & Record Keeping: Support the Transport Manager and Assistant Manager with all necessary administrative tasks.
*
Customer Service: Work across multiple departments to ensure smooth and timely deliveries, respond to customer queries, and provide accurate delivery schedules and order cut-offs.

Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry regulations and enhance professional competencies.

Health & Safety: Implement and maintain site safety policies and procedures both inside and outside the warehouse.
