Job Description
* Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content.
* Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
* Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
* Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
* Create monthly reports on social media performance.
* Contribute to team meetings with creative ideas.
* Support the marketing team with general administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Social Media Assistant should have:
* A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field or relevant experience.
* A strong familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences.
* Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* An ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
