Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a leading mechanical engineering supplier.
The successful Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development will work fully remotely UK wide focusing on developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts for valve products and solutions, actuators and associated flow control-related products into the industrial sector via end users and OEM customers.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for long-term progression into a senior management position.

Role Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts for valve products and solutions, actuators, and associated flow control-related products into the industrial sector.
* Maintain valve-related product and system sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
* Sell valve products including ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, press valves, pressure control valves, solenoid valves, actuation, and other flow control-related products into the industrial sector.
* Work remotely and field-based covering the UK with regular visits to customer sites.
* Liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements
* Experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar roles in the industrial engineering sector.
* Experience selling or managing key accounts for industrial products such as valves, pumps, compressors, actuators, instrumentation, seals, gaskets, hydraulics, or similar flow control-related products.
* Technical engineering qualification, or apprenticeship-trained HNC/HND or degree would be advantageous.
* Full clean driving license.
* Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow within a reputable valve company.
* Willingness to operate remotely with travel to customer sites across the UK.
