1-1 Teaching Assistant
Protocol Education are working with a variety of SEN schools and provisions in the Swindon area and are looking to appoint caring and patient Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for children with special educational needs. The role involves creating a nurturing and structured environment and supporting the child in managing needs and behaviours positively. Hours: Usually 08.30 - 15.30
Employement Type: Ideally full time, but part time applicants still encouraged
We are in search of a Casual Teaching Assistant who:
* Is nurturing and empathetic
* Has a great sense of humour
* Is an adaptable, collaborative team player
* Is patient with a flair for celebrating the smallest of successes
Professional/personal experience with SEN is preferred but not essential. To be successful in this role, you need to have a caring, nurturing and empathic personality. A sense of humour goes a long way, and the ability to work collectively as a team and create an engaging work environment for students and staff is just has important.
