LSH Auto is looking for a passionate and results-driven Retail Business Manager for our Used Cars division. In this role, you will lead our used car sales operations, driving both performance and profitability while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your expertise in the used car market and retail management will be instrumental in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers and helping us maintain our strong reputation in the automotive sector.
Hours - 40
Salary - £33,000 Plus OTE plus company car
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically manage the used car sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine our used car offerings and sales approach.
* Ensure the team delivers high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
* Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising for the used car lot.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective promotional strategies for used car sales.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
* Proven experience in a retail management role, particularly in the used car sector.
* Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and market dynamics.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to achieving results while maintaining excellent customer relations.
* Full UK driving license.
