We are looking to appoint a Business Studies Teacher to join a high school in Blackpool. This full-time, fixed-term role is ideal for an educator dedicated to inspiring young people and helping students develop an understanding of business concepts.
About the Role:
* Deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5 students, following the national curriculum.
* Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages all students to reach their potential.
* Collaborate with the Business Studies department to develop resources, assess student progress, and support individual learning needs.
* Prepare students for GCSE exams, ensuring they are well-equipped to achieve strong results.
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
* A proven track record of teaching Business Studies at the secondary level, or relevant experience for newly qualified teachers.
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging for students.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* A proactive approach, with a commitment to contributing to the wider school community and working collaboratively with colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
