Our Graduate Scheme
Our 2-Year Graduate Programme at Ceres offers a multi-disciplinary opportunity to master’s degree-level graduates who have studied in an engineering discipline or equivalent. You will gain valuable experience across our fuel cell and electrolyser technology business functions, giving you the exposure and experience you need to ascertain your career pathway.
As a leading innovator in green energy, Ceres is also accredited with the IMECHE (Institution of Mechanical Engineers) and offers graduates the opportunity to be enrolled onto the IMECHE Chartership programme as part of your graduate journey at Ceres. After successful completion of the graduate programme, you will be encouraged to pursue your career aspirations and professional development within a permanent role whilst continuing to work towards your Chartered Engineer status.
