Insight Global is looking for a Sales Enablement Consultant to join a leading industrial technology client on a full-time basis. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and building strong relationships. This resource will be joining a dynamic and supportive sales team and will have an opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and company success. Key responsibilities of the role include: • Serve as the point of contact for customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. • Support sales team by providing necessary collateral, documentation, and assist with administrative tasks. • Maintain and update price lists, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. • Proactively track down information and assist in streamlining internal processes. • Engage with customers to build and maintain strong relationships. Qualifications: • Bilingual with English and French. • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Familiarity with sales processes. • Ability to engage and build relationships with customers. • Comfortable with customer relationship management and basic administrative tasks. • A “get things done” personality with the ability to work independently. Plusses: • Some background in customer relationship management. • Further languages would be a plus but is not required.
