Job Title: Customer Service Representative Salary: £25,000 per annum plus commission Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver first-class service to our Centre’s customers and visitors. This varied role involves handling multiple tasks and ensuring business needs are met. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers and visitors. Perform reception duties professionally and courteously. Answer and manage switchboard calls promptly. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions. Operate standard office equipment (PC, phone, photocopier). Prepare meeting rooms and manage refreshments. Ensure reception and common areas are clean and tidy. Follow and enforce safety procedures. Order and manage office supplies. Participate in Centre audits and maintain high standards. Support sales and marketing efforts, including Centre tours.
