We have a vacancy for a dedicated Distribution Administrator to join our small team in Sittingbourne, Kent, could this be you? The Distribution Administrator will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our distribution center. This position is ideal for a team player who is adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and effective distribution processes. Key Responsibilities: • Data Entry; data input within the IT system for inbounds and outbound. • Managing and prioritizing customer orders to ensure targets are met. • Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries, order status, and product availability. • Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries. • Preparing warehouse reports. • Liaising with the Warehouse and Management to ensure stock accuracy. Experience Required: • At least 12 months of administration experience (within logistics preferable). • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook. • Knowledge of stock management systems (preferable).
