Job summary We are looking for a part time receptionist to be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties. Experience is preferred. We use SystmOne at the practice and ideally knowledge of the software will be an advantage however all training will be provided during your induction period. We require cover for four days a week, Mon 2pm-6pm, Wed, Thurs and Friday 2pm-6pm (16hours per week). Flexibility is essential and the successful applicant should be available to work between 08.00am to 18.00pm if required. Main duties of the job Duties can include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, processing of information, processing repeat prescriptions, scanning, chaperone.
