Customer Quality Engineer responsibilities include -
Manage customer concerns, ensure compliance, and report on KPIs. Lead problem-solving activities and drive continuous improvement. Collect and analyse data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Support NPI, reduce scrap and RFT, and identify best practices. Assist with training other staff and offer technical support to customers.Customer Quality Engineer desirable skills and experience -
Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques. Able to use core tools such as 8D, PPAP, and Control Plans. Confident in providing day-to-day customer support (primarily internal). Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC) or relevant training.Customer Quality Engineer benefits include -
