You will work with the senior clinical and operational management team to influence, motivate, support and drive through change and service improvement to meet the Division and corporate objectives.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Nurse who wishes to support with a lead role in the ongoing development of the Medicine Division. You must have current or recent experience in a Senior Nurse operational role at Band 7 or above.
With proven leadership skills, you will have overall day to day responsibility for the nursing teams in a range of wards and departments and be able to effectively manage complex operational and professional issues to ensure high standards of clinical care.
The post will require cross site working within both hospital settings., The post provides an excellent career development for aspiring Senior Nurses who are looking to strengthen their leadership and management experience and professional portfolio.
