The Genomic Medicine Regional Commercial Operations Analyst for Cytiva is responsible for supporting the Genomic Medicine's regional and global commercial team, driving increased sales efficiency and effectiveness along with corresponding continuous improvement in process documentation/execution and metrics. This role serves as a subject matter expert for Genomic Medicine data analytics and management reporting. This position is part of the Genomic Medicine Global Commercial Excellence & DBS Team located in remotely in Europe and will be fully remote. What you will do: - Facilitate strong rigor in SFDC funnel management, key account management, Customer Experience (CX) and Problem-Solving Process for the commercial team. - Facilitate resolution of past due backlog issues, identifying and prioritizing critical few opportunities for improvement. - Drive continuous improvement of sales process, sales capabilities and tools and supporting systems. Create, implement, maintain, and continuously improve corresponding management reporting tools. Develop comprehensive metrics to measure customer experience and routinely track through daily/visual management. - Drive adoption and usage rates of key CRM tools measured both as quantity and quality of usage. Ensure consistent and expanding use of SFDC and Qlik tools, training commercial associates when necessary. - Facilitate customer segment-specific needs and develop/implement standard work to drive increasing levels of customer satisfaction. Who you are: - BS degree in Life Science, Engineering, Business or similar - A proven background in a customer-facing role and/or commercial role - Deep experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and reporting structures. - Full working knowledge of SFDC, Power BI and Qlik tools. - Advanced MS Excel modeling skills - Ability to earn credibility and trust and form strong relationships with multiple management levels by drawing on tool expertise and excellent communication skills. - Strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills. - Ability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams and manage complex tasks quickly and effectively in a growth environment. - Knowledge of Danaher Business Systems (DBS), or Six Sigma certifications a plus. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: - Minimal travel - Approximately 5% overnight, within region. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Certified Practitioner status in Problem Solving, Funnel Management, CRM Expertise.
