Title: NQ Solicitor - Personal Injury Location: Edinburgh Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 About the firm: This firm is a specialist in accident claims, providing comprehensive support to clients dealing with the aftermath of non-fault accidents. With expertise in public liability, road traffic accidents (RTA), and employer liability claims, they offer a seamless claims process to ensure clients receive the best possible outcome. Due to business growth, they are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Glasgow office.
This full-time, permanent position (35 hours per week) presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional to develop their expertise within a dynamic and supportive environment. Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must be admitted in Scotland as a Newly Qualified Solicitor. An understanding of credit hire would be advantageous, as well as experience in court litigation, including knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures.
The successful candidate should have strong drafting skills, the ability to conduct hearings in the Sheriff Courts, and excellent communication skills to advise clients effectively. A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to work effectively within a commercial environment are essential.
