What you'll do:
1. You will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end strategic thinking and leading cross-functional teams to deliver key outcomes that contribute to the success of Sainsbury's General Merchandise, Argos, Habitat, and Tu brands.
2. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the business to accelerate change and drive innovation through outcome-centric and hypothesis-led problem-solving approaches.
3. Your responsibilities will include shaping and implementing major change projects, leveraging data and external insights to make informed decisions, and fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver transformational initiatives at pace while championing a transformation mindset across the organisation.
Who you are:
A strategic leader with a growth mindset and a proven track record in driving end-to-end transformation initiatives that deliver tangible outcomes and business growth ideally within a retail environment.
With your ability to navigate ambiguity, inspire change, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at scale, you excel in shaping and implementing major change projects that drive innovation and accelerate business success.
Your strong communication skills, thought leadership, and proactive approach to leadership enable you to drive clarity, simplicity, and agility in complex programmes of work, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transformation across the organisation.
