We are currently seeking a Senior Project Controller who will be responsible for maintaining an overview of allocated projects, ensuring business processes and procedures are followed, generating accurate management information as required, and providing essential services, advice, and expertise to Bid Managers and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of allocated projects.
Within the overall remit of the Project Controller, you will take on the more complex projects of the portfolio, as well as providing support and guidance to the existing Project Controller colleagues.
In this role you will be:
* Ensuring budgets and schedules are updated to reflect actual contract content, and these updates are recorded and recognized as the Project Baseline.
* Setting up and recording project details within management information systems.
* Ensuring bid-stage project information and feedback is properly recorded in management information systems.
* Supporting bidding teams with clear work breakdown structures, budgeting, and scheduling services relating to bid-stage budgeting and scheduling of project activities.
* Ensuring that all developments and evolutions of the project are properly documented and reflected in prompt updates to management information systems.
* Monitoring delivery against contract and ensuring that areas of potential (and actual) contract variation are identified and managed in accordance with the provisions of the contract and the PMO’s processes.
* Archiving project-control related materials.
* Recording and assessing project-related learning for feedback.
