Are you an enthusiastic and highly motivated Nurse who is ready for a challenge? The Colorectal Nursing team is seeking a highly self-motivated practitioner, with a desire to promote and develop clinical excellence in clinical practice. The successful postholder will join an established Colorectal Nursing team and provide nursing support to inpatient/outpatient areas.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will, following training, be required to deliver patient care complementary to that offered by Doctors and other health care professionals within the field of Colorectal Care as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful post holder will act as part of the Colorectal nursing team and support both in-patient and out-patient services to ensure patients receive appropriate management/treatment, aid their pathway, and contribute to decreased length of stay.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
