Responsibilities
* Operate X-ray equipment to detect surface and sub-surface defects in engine components.
* Inspect engine components according to specifications using NDT techniques.
* Complete documentation following company procedures.
* Maintain certification in accordance with EN4179 and company requirements.
* Meet production goals.
* Prepare NDT written instructions for use within the X-ray department.
* Prepare detailed reports of inspection results.
* Work effectively as part of a team.
Essential Qualifications / Requirements:
* Previous NDT Level II certification and experience in Radiography (RT) are mandatory.
* Attendance at formal study courses to gain Level 2 NDT qualification in Radiography (RT).
Qualifications / Requirements:
* Previous EN4179 Level II NDT certification/experience within the aviation industry in RT.
* Additional experience in PT, ECI, MT, and UT is beneficial.
