* Understanding of professional services pricing models and revenue structures
* Experience in creating and selling fixed-price and time-and-materials contracts
* Ability to articulate the value proposition of professional services to technical and business stakeholders
* Track record of building long-term service relationships versus transactional sales
* DevOps implementation and automation services
* Strategic consulting and implementation services for complex IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
* Managed services, including system integration, cloud migration, and optimization
* Custom solution development and deployment
* Ongoing technical support and maintenance services
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic territory development plans across European markets, with a focus on achieving ambitious growth, revenue, and margin targets while building long-term client relationships in the professional services sector
* Lead and mentor a multicultural team of Account Managers and Customer Success professionals distributed across European locations, fostering collaboration and driving performance excellence in a diverse environment
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives in startup ecosystems, leveraging a deep understanding of professional services and cloud solutions to address complex business challenges
* Manage end-to-end business development cycles, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and statement-of-work creation, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities
* Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with AWS, actively participating in joint business planning and co-selling initiatives
* Visiting AWS office on a monthly basis
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences, delivering compelling presentations on our service offerings and establishing thought leadership in the professional services space
Requirements
* Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in IT Professional Services sales, with demonstrated success in complex solution selling to startup companies
* Understanding the cloud ecosystem
* Extensive experience leading and developing distributed sales teams in a multicultural European environment
* Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas in professional services sales
* Strong network within the European startup ecosystem, particularly in technology and digital native companies
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively across cultural boundaries
* Excellent presentation and organizational capabilities, with a strong focus on strategic planning
* Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel regularly across European territories, for customers, team meetings, and events
Desired Qualifications:
* AWS certification and experience in cloud services sales
* Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or HubSpot
* Experience in managing remote teams across multiple time zones
* Track record of successful collaboration with marketing, operations, and technical teams
