About Parkwood:
Our Shireliving Extra Care services provide homes for people over 55 years old, who need safety, security, and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their individual needs. Our vibrant communities within ShireLiving thrive on connection and joy, offering activities tailored to what our residents love most. Together, we create a warm, engaging environment where everyone feels valued and supported. At Parkwood, we have 55 apartments housing tenants with varying needs. Our residents enjoy a variety of indoor activities such as movie nights in the cinema room, pool and dance nights, dominoes tournaments, and external outings to events such as pantomimes and singer events.

In this role, you will lead, manage, and support a team of employees and develop positive partnerships with all key stakeholders, ensuring that all activities are fully compliant with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. About You:
* You will have experience of working in a supported housing/care environment with an understanding of the registered CQC requirements and the Social Housing Regulation.
* You will be approachable, friendly, and a mascot of our values which we live and breathe. You will be passionate about providing excellent housing and care services as well as great customer service.
* You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to promote strong teamwork, organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as maintaining high levels of confidentiality are essential requirements.
* You will possess a relevant HNC or NVQ level 5 (or equivalent), or display a willingness to work towards this qualification.
* Full UK driving licence with flexibility to work across the region with access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
