About the role As an Account Manager on our Delivery Team, you will be at the core of our service, connecting tutors and clients to provide enriching tuition for young and vulnerable learners across the UK. Your role is essential to the success of our business, and as a valued member of our supportive team, you will play a key part in delivering holistic, impactful education. Responsibilities: Liaise with senior leaders (schools) and case workers (local authorities) to structure tuition programmes in line with the requirements of the client and/or parent/carer. To attend client review meetings if required. Match tutors appropriately with learners by relaying your client’s tuition opportunities concisely via verbal and written correspondence. Develop meaningful, lasting rapport with key stakeholders. Upsell the availability of your tutors and their relevant skills to clients to promote further business growth. Develop a clear and detailed understanding of the products and services that Fleet Education Services provide to relay to prospective and current clients. To monitor the certification of safer recruitment checks in line with Vetting policies. Demonstrate confident use of the business ATS and external platforms. Monitor shared business phones/emails/voicemails and act as first response to client queries and communication. Skills and experience A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with a drive to provide compelling customer support. An engaging team worker with a collaborative mindset who thrives in a positive energy working environment. Exceptional organisation and administrative skills. A self-motivation to succeed, being detailed orientated with the ability to manage several school or local authority accounts simultaneously. Prior experience working in either account management within a recruitment setting or the education sector is preferred, but not essential.
