Office Administrator
Payscale: Scale 1, point 2 (FTE £23,656 per year, approx. £19,140 pro-rata)
35 hours per week to include 5 hours Wraparound Assistant (Breakfast Club)
8am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday
39 weeks per year

Stanground St Johns CofE Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a committed office administrator and wraparound care assistant to join a vibrant team of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals in our friendly office. We would love you to take your place with us in this fantastic role!
About You
1. Have experience of working within a school or office setting and have good computing and communication skills
2. Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
3. Be enthusiastic, friendly, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
4. Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
5. Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
6. Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
7. Be able to work flexibly and professionally
About Role
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Breakfast Club assistant to join our team, working 8am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. The purpose of this role is to liaise with parents, collate information, answer phones and relay messages and generally support the tasks in the office.
