CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a company in the healthcare industry, at their site based in Oxford, on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary:
£14.00 per hour PAYE.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
1. General office duties.
2. Order Receipt: Processing of orders.
3. Receipt and processing of orders received via multiple systems.
4. Prioritisation of different order types.
5. Order Entry: Accurate data entry of orders.
6. Scheduling work (site specific): Allocating and scheduling work to the correct location.
7. Amendments/Cancellations: Management and processing of customer requirements.
8. Checking off hold notification.
9. Allocation of off hold order to correct location.
10. Stock management.
11. Drug ordering when no levels are set on internal system.
Your Background:
1. Education: Maths and English GCSE's/O'levels or equivalent.
2. Background in customer services or aseptic compounding is an advantage.
3. Computer skills: Basic/Windows & Office.
