Reception Administrator Based in Haddington 12 - 12.65 per hour holiday pay Reed Business Support are pleased to be working with a Non-Profit based in Haddington who are looking to a recruit a Reception Administrator on a temporary basis until at least the end of August. In the role, you will be responsible for working on a shared reception desk, communicating with customers, and providing general administrative support. Mon - Thu (9am - 4:30pm) Fri (9am - 4pm) 35 hours per week Office based Start date: ASAP Key responsibilities: Answering incoming calls to the office, providing support where possible or passing to the relevant member of staff (15 - 20 calls per day) Helping to manage to the shared office inbox Handling incoming post and passing to the relevant team Scanning and filing documents Dealing with room booking system Printing documents Ordering supplies and stationary for the office Dealing with mail merges and communications to customers Entering information on Excel spreadsheets Dealing with limited face-to-face enquires, occasionally taking payments from customers Maintaining a clean, tidy reception area Various ad hoc admin duties Person specifications: Previous experience working as an Administrator, or in a similar role Previous experience dealing with customers in some capacity Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with members of the public Good organisational skills Good IT skills - mainly Microsoft Office
