OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading services business based in Milton Keynes. This role will see you working closely with the CFO, driving improvements across the FP&A and reporting functions, and supporting key strategic decisions.

ROLE
As a Finance Business Partner, you will work directly with the leadership team, providing financial insight to support decision-making and driving improvements in financial planning and analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with the CFO to enhance the FP&A and reporting functions.
* Supporting the preparation of detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
* Providing financial analysis and insight to drive business performance and efficiency.
* Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to support key financial initiatives.
* Delivering timely and accurate management reporting and financial performance updates.
* Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements within the finance function.
PERSON
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial acumen and experience in financial analysis and reporting. You should have:
* Proven experience in FP&A, management reporting, or business partnering.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions at all levels.
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to improve processes.
