High-end concierge required for a prestigious residential development near Windsor.
Key responsibilities include providing services to residents, responding to requests, communicating with staff and contractors, and maintaining reception areas.
Main Responsibilities:
* Man the reception desk during agreed hours
* Provide or facilitate services to residents as instructed by the managing agent
* Respond proactively to resident or other requests in a timely and polite manner
* Communicate effectively with residents, guests, staff, and contractors
* Welcome residents and guests
* Answer the telephone and deal with general enquiries, logging messages and following up on requests & events
* Receive, log, and distribute mail/other deliveries to individual properties
* Oversee the cleanliness and comfort of the reception areas and associated common parts
Working Hours:
32 hours per week, with flexibility expected. Possible shift patterns include 4 x 8 hour shifts, 2 x 12 hours + 1 x 8 hour shift.
Terms:
Salary: £21.5K. Overtime available.
