Our client is a one and a half form entry primary school in the heart of Fleetwood Town, FY7. They pride themselves on being a community school and their pupils reflect the diverse community they serve. Currently this school requires a qualified TA to support a EYFS class, providing general whole class support and small group assistance.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is driven, engaging and also able to gel with students emotionally and intellectually. Ideally, you will have EYFS experience and an understanding of the EYFS framework. Due to the diverse populace of pupils that attend, some students may require SEN support so although it is not essential to have this experience you may be required to help on a 1:1 capacity and also work with small groups of children, if lesson plans require it. A committed, and professional individual is a must have as there will be times you may have to help plan activities and work with the teachers and staff to help with certain individuals' learning needs and plans.
