Key Responsibilities:
· Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
· Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
· Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
· Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
· Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
· Supervise students during break times and other non-academic activities.
· Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the overall well-being and development of students.

Person specification:
· Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is helpful but not essential.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
