Position: 125CMR: Baseline and Change Management Lead Location : 2 Days office (London/Suffolk) / 3 days hybrid Type: Full-time Start Date : Immediate Salary : £80k - £130k DOE We are currently seeking an experienced Baseline and Change Management Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will hold functional ownership for all Baseline and Change activities. You will be responsible for the ownership, deployment, and continuous improvement of all Baseline and Change Management elements of the project. You'll Develop, implement, and update a comprehensive Baseline and Change Management framework. Ensure the function utilises appropriate software applications and supporting infrastructure. Lead and manage a high-performing team. Produce and ensure the quality of all month-end data sets and performance reports. Manage stakeholders across the project from Board to Delivery. Responsible for up to 8 Direct Reports (at peak) and up to 20 functionally. We’re looking for: Essential Experience in establishing and implementing Baseline and Change Management strategies. Demonstrable experience in managing change within a Mega Project environment. In-depth understanding of change control principles. Experience in maintaining an integrated Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Degree or equivalent qualification in business analysis, accounting, finance, construction, engineering, or project management. Experience managing a team in a matrix structure on a mega project. Ability to manage stakeholders from Board to Delivery level Desirable Experience in Estimating. Experience in Project Controls functions: cost control, scheduling, change management, and risk management. Understanding of configuration management, WBS, and delivery structures. Active membership of AACE, PMI, APM, or similar association. Detailed understanding of earned value analysis. Professionally qualified with chartered or equivalent status.
