Job summary An opportunity has arisen to join University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust, Hotel Services team as a Porter within the Refuse collection team. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who have a passion for customer satisfaction and who can work as part of a very busy Hotel Services Department and Portering team. The successful applicants will be required to work various shifts through a 24 hour period/7 days per week including weekend, Bank Holiday and night working. Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification. Main duties of the job The Post holder will be responsible for helping provide a safe, effective, efficient and customer friendly Portering service for the Hotel Services and the Centralised Portering Teams, Patients, Public and UHPNT (and associated) Staff.
