About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to assist with a PC/Laptop reimaging project for a leading IT solutions provider. This short-term contract, working with a well-established team to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform PC and laptop reimaging in line with project requirements.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and drivers.
* Ensure devices meet company security and compliance standards.
* Provide basic end-user support and escalate issues when necessary.
