Receptionist & Administrator
Location: Petersfield
Salary: £13-£13.75 per hour
Hours: 37.5 - Monday to Friday, you will cover between the hours of 8am to 5.30pm.
Please note, this is a temporary position with an immediate start - ongoing for 6 weeks. There is a possibility of something more permanent for the right person for this role.

Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors, ensuring they sign in and out of the visitors’ book.
* Answer the telephone and deal with all queries.
* Deal with staff queries.
* Cover ad hoc administrative tasks on behalf of various departments.
* Organise meeting rooms.
* Order lunches when necessary for visitors.
* Take responsibility for issuing security passes.
* Prepare and dispatch mail packs.
* Be responsible for handing out incoming post.
* Keep health and safety record up to date.
Qualifications:
* Evident Admin experience.
* Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Reception experience would be an advantage but isn't essential.
* Customer service skills.
* High levels of attention to detail.
