About You
You will be someone who can:
1. Understand the challenges facing a modern business and its key requirements (with a focus on Payments and finance). You will be able to demonstrate and articulate the value Access solutions bring to an organisation.
2. Communicate with prospects in an engaging way both in person and over video conferencing technology.
3. Translate complex business requirements into workable technical solutions and have a proven track record of success.
4. Overcome technical and business process challenges throughout the sales cycle.
5. Build strategic relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams where appropriate.
6. Deliver a clear and concise message through product demonstrations aligning with business outcomes and goals.
7. Identify client requirements through questions delivered in natural conversation, and identify how solutions can deliver ROI and business improvements.
8. Provide a consultative service aligning with the sales drive for growth alongside ensuring the customer benefits from any proposed solution.
Day-to-day you will:
1. Understand and translate client business requirements into proposed system solutions.
2. Prepare specific business requirements to demonstrate client-specific concepts.
3. In-depth configuration of the software to deliver a specific set of requirements.
4. Modify the software to demonstrate proof of concept solutions.
5. Create customised workflows and processes using the Access technology stack.
6. Demonstrate the above in a client setting or in a webinar environment.
7. Support the sales and marketing team at general events, seminars and webinars.
8. Provide education to the sales team on new product enhancements where appropriate.
9. Lead discovery processes to ensure we carry out effective customer demonstrations and add value to the sales process.
10. Create video content to support the digital sales strategy as required.
Your Skills and Experiences Might Also Include:
1. Previous experience in a PreSales, senior sales or implementation role.
2. Experience in Payments is required, assisting in the sales of Direct Debits, Wage Advance, Card Payments, Open Banking and alternative payment methods.
3. Good general software and IT knowledge and broad Payments industry knowledge, compliance experience in payments (PCI DSS / BACS / AUDDIS) especially desirable.
4. Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written.
