Location: North Manchester
Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 39 Hours
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
The Site Supervisor shall:
* Attend Client / progress / briefing meetings
* Deliver and schedule works with direct labour and sub-contractors
* Attend Pre Start meetings
* Manage H&S on site including inductions of GRAHAM staff and Subcontractors
* Assist and execute CDM set up and ensure all boundaries, signage and restrictions are maintained
* Record Site events and conditions
* Ensure all works are completed to high quality and within planned timeframes
* Manage Works on site including staff & Subcontractor management
* Manage works to deliver to programme
* Self-snag works prior to completion of works
* When required be able to address self-snag work themselves to ensure a smooth handover
* Collate material orders and issue to Service Desk for ordering
* Report to senior management
* Ensure adherence to site specific project protocol and procedures
* Ensure any variation works are documented and appropriately authorised via the Project Manager

About You
Essential Criteria
1. Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) / Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
2. Experience in a healthcare setting
3. Demonstrate relevant previous experience in a similar role working within a trade or construction background
4. Demonstrate previous relevant management experience
5. Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
6. Competent in undertaking site safety audits and record using CAFM software/SharePoint
7. Full UK drivers licence
8. Proven Leadership and people management skills
Desirable Criteria
1. Competent or experience in one or more building trades at management or hands on level
2. PASMA and or IPAF approved trained
