Your responsibilities will include,
* Matching purchase orders to invoices and posting to the accounting ledger.
* Assist in query resolutions including liaising with administrators/suppliers.
* Perform weekly automated invoice matching run.
* Assist in preparation of reports to local management team
* Ensure the finance inbox is monitored, and action is taken as required.
* Ensure all supplier/subcontractor reconciliations are completed on time.
* Update the monthly balance sheet reconciliations file as required.
* Provide any financial analysis as required.
* Assist in the internal/external audit where appropriate.
* Any other ad-hoc finance work as directed by the Management Accountant.
