Salary: 28,788 - 28,788 GBP per year Requirements:
* A good standard of English and Maths GCSE.
* Good working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Previous experience in administration work is essential.
* An understanding of ITIL and/or experience with ServiceNow is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting the projects team with onboarding our third-party suppliers into the company systems.
* Handling telephone calls and emails from end users for service requests.
* Taking ownership of end-user issues from initiation to resolution.
* Logging, prioritizing, categorizing, and updating incident, problem, and request tickets.
* Performing administrative duties related to working with third parties and vendors in resolving support tickets.
* Acting as an ambassador for the administration team and delivering high levels of customer service to exceed end-user expectations.
