What you will do:
1. Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans for students requiring speech and language support.
2. Deliver therapy sessions using evidenced-based practices and adapt strategies to meet students' specific needs.
3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate speech and language therapy into students’ daily activities.
4. Maintain accurate records of students’ progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
5. Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated with best practices in speech and language therapy within educational settings.
Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:
* Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
* Recent UK/NHS post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
