LOCATION:Shrewsbury, MA (Hybrid / In-office Mondays and Wednesdays)
COMPENSATION: $60,000 - $70,000 + Uncapped Commissions
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary focus of the Associate/Assistant Branch Manager is providing operational excellence through driving recruitment efforts and assisting the team including workflow and requisition management, compliance management, and client development and support. This role is expected to provide quality service to clients, candidates, and contractors; and be actively involved in developing new business and growing existing accounts.
The Associate/Assistant Branch Manager will also be expected to directly recruit candidates and fill orders, including interviewing, screening and reference-checking candidates; conducting presents and de-briefs; marketing candidates; and conducting follow-up and quality control checks on all placements to ensure appropriate matching and client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
* Drive sales to existing and prospective clients, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, and conducting sales visits.
* Submit a minimum of 12 candidates per week to open job orders
* Produce a minimum of $25,000 in gross profit per month ($75,000/quarter)
* Help Ensure that all team members reach minimum KPIs
* Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with all direct reports once per week on an individual basis
* Build a high-performance team; develop, assess, supervise direct reports, and provide ongoing training and development to staff.
* Manage candidate-recruiting efforts including classified advertising, web advertising, and website content, and seek other recruiting means for attracting top talent.
* Respond to and resolve client and candidate issues promptly, bringing issues to the attention of the Employee's Manager as appropriate.
* Ensure that operational procedures are implemented and correctly executed.
* Recommend and enhance operational procedures and systems to meet sales targets and improve overall quality of service.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of recent Technical Recruiting experience (Engineering, Skilled Trades, Construction, Manufacturing, etc) in a Staffing/Recruiting Agency setting
* Experience mentoring and/or training junior recruiters
* Demonstrated ability to manage clients and accounts
