The UK's leading turf grower and supplier of Britain's Finest Turf is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join its Seaton Ross site near York. This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday.
As Customer Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering industry leading levels of sales and support.
2. Taking inbound calls from nominated customer groups.
3. Making outbound calls to arrange deliveries.
4. Taking orders and subsequent amendments by telephone, fax, EDI or email and processing them through the SOP system. Accuracy in this area is vital.
5. Liaising closely with colleagues in Distribution to ensure that deliveries are executed.
6. Maintenance of accurate records of all contacts and transactions using DEFACTO SOP & CRM.
7. Gaining exceptional knowledge of all the product ranges within the company brands.
8. Liaising with the sales team over matters arising with key accounts.
We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator with:
1. Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
2. Strong attention to detail and experience working to deadlines.
3. Experience building good relationships.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Good IT skills with knowledge of Excel.
