Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with SME and PLC clients.
* Develop strong client relationships with senior directors.
* Proactively plan recruitment with line managers.
* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
* Drive exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, advertising, and professional tools.
* Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
The Successful Candidate:
* Degree educated.
* Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer service is useful but not required.
* A desire to make a difference and contribute to a growing start-up.
* Strong IT and communication skills.
* Good work ethic and the ability to build strong working relationships.
* Full training provided to develop you into a successful Recruitment Consultant.
* Impact the direction and vision of a growing business, in which your opinions will be valued.
* Chance to earn commission on top of your base salary.
