The Opportunity
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Ecommerce Assistant to join our dynamic, fast-paced team at Loto del Sur. This individual will be a key player in driving our digital presence by ensuring the ecommerce platform reflects our brand’s commitment to quality, design, and customer experience. As part of our Ecommerce team, you’ll support the execution of sales-driving initiatives, website optimization, and content management, all while embracing the opportunity to contribute across multiple facets of our digital business.
This is a temporary full- time position until the end of August 2025.
What you'll get to do
Merchandising & Content Strategy:
* Lead digital content strategy to align ecommerce with brand aesthetics and campaigns.
* Optimize product listings, landing pages, and homepage merchandising to drive sales and enhance user experience.
* Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually-rich content reflecting the brand’s identity.
* Manage site stock visibility and communicate with supply and customer service teams to address product availability and customer inquiries.
Website Management & Optimization:
* Execute and manage promotions and campaigns across digital channels, aligning with business goals.
* Work with tech and creative teams to improve site functionality and test new features.
* Use web analytics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer journey and increase conversions.
* Contribute to the brand’s digital roadmap, evolving the website with market trends.
Trade & Analytics:
* Assist with weekly performance reports, analyse key metrics, and recommend actions to improve sales.
* Define and execute trading plans with innovative ideas, aligning with business objectives.
* Monitor competitor strategies and ecommerce trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with designers, marketers, and tech specialists to execute digital strategies.
* Act as a bridge between creative, technical, and business teams for successful project execution.

* Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
* Experience: Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field is highly desirable. Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
* Spanish as a Mother Tongue: Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role, as the brand works closely with Latin American markets and clients
* Experience in Chile and/or Mexico Markets: Familiarity with the ecommerce landscape in Chile or Mexico is a plus, as we continue to expand our presence in these key regions.
