UX Designer required to join a complex, rich User Interface Design team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing intuitive interfaces for complex products that solve real world problems with intuitive solutions. You will integrate inclusivity principles into processes, guidelines, and research for products and design systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Examining research data to uncover valuable insights and behavioral trends.
2. Crafting design elements, such as personas, journey maps, storyboards, process diagrams, information architecture layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and more.
3. Administering usability tests to assess design effectiveness and integrating user input for future improvements.
4. Engaging in various phases, from initiation to successful delivery, operating in fast-paced environments.
5. Gathering evidence on users and stakeholders' needs, analyzing and synthesizing the results, and using these informed insights to design relevant products.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields like design, human-computer interaction, or related areas.
2. A professional background of 5 to 10 years in UX Design.
3. A robust portfolio showcasing intricate desktop application designs.
4. Demonstrated expertise in leading the entire UX process, from initiating discovery phases to resolving intricate challenges via design-thinking methodologies.
5. Hands-on experience with various user research techniques, including contextual inquiry, surveys, usability testing, and more.
Key Skills:
1. Research: Desktop research, competitor analysis, shadowing, surveys, interviews, usability testing, various workshop types.
2. Synthesis: User journey maps, data analysis, service blueprints.
