Job summary We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic full time (37.5 hours per week) Senior Physiotherapist to join our Intermediate Care Team in the North on a six months fixed Term Contract. Base can be either Phorpres Close, Peterborough or Kingfisher House Huntington (working as part of the discharge to assess pathway) The role will be providing clinical therapy support to the expanding service based in Peterborough and Huntingdon, supporting patients across the North locality. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that patients get the best care possible in their own homes, maximising patients potential in the initial phases upon discharge from hospital in our short stay service.
