We are seeking a dynamic Regional HR Business Partner to support our EMEA Supply Chain (SC) operations. This is a pivotal role where you will partner closely with senior leadership to shape and execute people strategies that align with business goals and foster a high-performance culture. What You'll Do Collaborate with senior leaders across the EMEA SC region to deliver impactful HR initiatives. Drive talent management strategies, from succession planning to leadership development. Provide expert guidance on organisational change, fostering agility and resilience in teams. Champion a culture of inclusion, innovation, and engagement, enabling people to thrive. Ensure compliance with regional HR policies while driving forward-thinking solutions. What You'll Bring Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering, ideally within a matrixed and multinational organisation. A deep understanding of supply chain operations, with the ability to align people strategies to complex business needs. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. A passion for driving meaningful change and promoting a collaborative culture.
