About the Role
At Gelupo, we dont just serve gelato we create joy in every scoop. Now, were looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to help us share our love of gelato even further afield. Whether its nurturing relationships with our wholesale partners, elevating our digital presence, or crafting unforgettable event experiences, your work will be at the heart of our growth story.
This role isnt just about sales its about storytelling, connecting, and making people smile.
What Youll Be Doing
Online Sales & Marketing:
* Keep our website a joy to navigate, ensuring every customer feels cared for.
* Grow our digital community, increasing both order values and repeat business.
* Roll out innovative strategies, including launching our first CRM programme.
Wholesale Sales:
* Deepen relationships with existing wholesale clients while seeking out new partnerships in hospitality think top hotels, buzzing cafés, and exceptional restaurants.
* Take charge of the sales process, from that first enthusiastic pitch to the final handshake.
Events Business:
* Seek out and secure exciting event opportunities, ensuring Gelupo gelato becomes the life of the party.
* Plan, execute, and perfect events, keeping everything from logistics to legal requirements in check.
* Build lasting connections with event clients and partners.
What Were Looking For
Were after someone who:
* Has experience in sales or business development, ideally in hospitality.
* Is digitally savvy, with a knack for growing online sales and managing delivery revenue.
* Thrives on creative problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and building relationships.
* Brings energy, focus, and passion to everything they do.

* Salary: £29k£32k basic + OTE
