Your Role
As the Registered Manager, you’ll:
4. Lead the day-to-day management and vision for this new Home Care Service
5. Build out the service user base, staffing, and systems as you prepare for launch
6. Partner with the CEO and COO to bring strategic goals to life and achieve top-tier service
7. Ensure compliance and excellence across all regulations and standards
8. Develop and inspire your team to deliver exceptional, compassionate care
9. Foster an environment that celebrates person-centred, high-quality care at every turn
About You
Our ideal Registered Manager is:
10. Qualified with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
11. A natural leader with at least two years’ experience managing within the Home Care sector
12. Passionate about quality care, with a knack for clear communication and strong organisational skills
13. A proactive, strategic thinker who can thrive both independently and as part of a team
