Your New Role We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Operational Support Technicians In this role, you’ll be part of a shift team support the production of life-changing cellular therapy products. No prior pharmaceutical experience? Not an issue We offer comprehensive training to ensure your success. What You’ll Do: This role is ideal for someone ready to gain experience in a regulated environment and contribute to impactful work. This is a shift-based role which may include evenings and weekends. Assist with the controlled cleaning and maintenance of labs, cleanrooms, facilities, and equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Help complete essential quality documentation, including batch records and reports on changes, deviations, and preventive actions. Accurately record data according to GMP standards and SOPs. Perform inventory checks and restock materials and supplies as needed. Transfer materials, documents, and equipment into cleanroom areas. Support the manufacturing team with processing tasks. Handle and dispose of various lab waste, including biological and recyclable materials. Place orders and manage related documentation. Operate and monitor equipment such as autoclaves and Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) units. Manage laundry for cleanroom garments and lab coats. Schedule and conduct equipment maintenance. Review and archive completed documents. About You: We’re looking for team players who are eager to learn and contribute. While experience in a scientific laboratory, manufacturing environment, hospital, pharmacy, or a care home is beneficial, it is not required. We welcome applications from those who have experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment who can demonstrate enthusiasm, drive, strong communication skills, and ability to stay organised in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications We’re looking for candidates with a National 5 or equivalent in English and Maths. A National 5 in a science subject is a bonus, but not essential. Ready to Apply?
