We are looking for a strong Restaurant Manager from a volume dining outlet to join this dynamic team in Birmingham in a wonderful luxury 4* hotel.
You need to have restaurant / bar experience with focus on customer service as well as a real passion for developing your team and implementing new standards.
KEY POINTS
1. Operational and financial management of the Restaurant
2. Knowledge of all F&B Standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health, sanitation standards and menu planning
3. Strong leadership skills with focus on team's development, training and progression
4. Ability to assess quality control and adherence to service standards
5. Commercially savvy (Offers; trends and competition; etc)
6. Ability to analyse and present financial information (Budgets, kpi's, cost control, etc)
7. Demonstrate a proactive approach to driving covers to the restaurant
8. Displays comprehensive computer skills
9. Minimum of 2 years' management experience in a restaurant
