We are looking for a Head of Programmes, to manage and facilitate New Program Introduction, from concept to commercialisation, supporting the strategic goals of the company. The Role: Report to and assist the Chief Program Officer Manage all aspects of the program process. Establish program meeting cadence weekly/bi-weekly/monthly. Ensure transparent communication is encouraged throughout the projects. Manage program gateways/milestones. Partner with the Cross functional Management teams to ensure objectives are achieved. Ensure customer specifications are managed in line with budget expectations. Co-ordinate solutions to both technical and commercial challenges. Ensure process change control procedures are adhered to and communicated. Assist the various departments in pre-customer, sign off / acceptance. Conduct post review of program for improvement points and closed loop feedback. Manage daily running of the program with each functional Project Managers. The Requirements: Degree in an Engineering or Business discipline Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years working experience as a program manager Experience in Business Plan development Experience in resource planning. Demonstratable experience in budget preparation and control. Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience managing global projects Proficiency in preparing timelines, managing, and reporting on projects utilising MS Project / Excel.
